Two men will stand trial in the 2022 Supreme Court session for the murder of Gilbert Alamilla better known as Mr Program. Clayton White and Raheem Marsden appeared before Chief Magistrate Sharon Fraser this week where it was declared that the prosecution’s case is sufficient to go to trial. During the court hearing, White told the Senior Magistrate that he had nothing to do with the killing of Mr Program. He did say, however, that he has no issue with the matter going to the Supreme Court as it would give him a chance to clear his name. Meanwhile, Marsden says he is not sure how he is being charged jointly with White as he had only met him when they were locked up together for this incident. In the hearing the prosecution presented nine statements from eye witnesses as well as multiple exhibits including pictures of the crime scene. The trial is scheduled to begin on January 11, 2022.
