Mysterious Death of Woman in San Pedro Hotel Room Sparks Speculation and Investigation

A young woman was found dead inside a hotel room in San Pedro Town on Thursday morning.  30-year-old, Melanie Lino’s death has been categorized as sudden death by investigators, but friends and family members believe that her death may have been a result of being beaten earlier about two weeks ago.  Reports says that the woman was with 33-year-old, Oscar Nal inside the hotel room, and was throwing up after consuming too much alcohol.  He told Police that after throwing up he got her into the bed, and in the morning when he woke up, his attempts at waking her up were futile.  According to Police blotter, there were no signs of injury on the body, and foul play was not suspected.  Love News understands, however, that she was a victim of domestic disturbances, and that previous injuries sustained may have led to her death.  We will keep following this story.
