Mystery Surrounds Discovery of Motionless Man by Macal River in Cayo

Police in the Cayo District were called out to an area where a man was found motionless.  Around 10 o’clock, police visited an area on the banks of the Macal River in San Ignacio Town, cordoned off the area, and began processing the scene.  Love News understands that the body was found in a crouching position and was beginning to decompose. Police say no signs of injury were observed on the man’s body. The remains were transported to the morgue where a post-mortem examination will be done. Up to news time tonight, Police were yet to make a confirmed identification of the deceased.
