National Fire Service Revamps Recruitment Process for Firefighter Volunteers

The National Fire Service has embarked on a program that will revamp the recruitment process for firefighter volunteers.  As part of this new system, all fire fighters who did not complete high school will be released, and would have to further their education to rejoin.  Love News spoke with Chief Executive Officer in the Ministry of Disaster Risk Management, Dr Kenrick Williams who spoke on the rationale.
