National Meteorological Service Debunks Fake Weather Alert in Belize

The National Met service advises Belizeans not to panic by the incoming weather. Earlier today a fake press release had been shared causing some Belizeans to be alarmed. Chief meteorologist, Ronald Gordon spoke to Love News about the fake information that was spread on social platforms.

Although Gordon expresses his sympathy towards the public for becoming nervous about the weather, he advises that the public go to official sources of information.
