National Meteorological Service of Belize closely monitoring Potential Tropical Cyclone #15

#WEATHERUPDATE: At 3pm (local time) Potential Tropical Cyclone #15 was located over the Central Caribbean Sea about 265 miles SOUTH EAST of Kingston, Jamaica. This cyclone was moving to the west-northwest at 10 mph with maximum sustained winds of 40 mph and minimum central pressure of 1005 mb.
