New 17-Acre Cemetery Site Donated for San Ignacio and Santa Elena

The presentation of a new 17-acre plot for a San Ignacio/Santa Elena Cemetery was conducted yesterday afternoon.  The roadside property is located in Bullet Tree Village, Cayo District, and was donated by Belizean American Telma Coyoc Jenkins.  Mayor of the twin towns Earl Trapp Junior told freelance reporter Kent Pandy, that the discussion started back 2023 when he had met Jenkins.  

In an interview with the land benefactor, Telma Jenkins, indicated that the land has been in her family for several years.

The land is said to be valued at two million dollars.
