New Financial Literacy Book Launched by Holy Redeemer Credit Union

A second book on financial literacy was launched today through Holy Redeemer Credit Union (HRCU).  The book, Jacinto Opens an Account, is authored by former Chief Education Officer, Dr Carol Babb who has always been a promoter of financial literacy in schools.  At this morning’s presentation, Dr Babb spoke on the limited knowledge on savings and budgeting which eventually leads to poverty.

The Jacinto Opens an Account is the sequel to the book, Jacinto Learns to Save, which was launched in October 2021.
