New Guatemalan Ambassador Presents Credentials to Belize Governor General

A new Guatemalan Ambassador to Belize presented his credentials to the Governor General.  His Excellency Carlos Alberto Reyes Garcia met with Her Excellency Dame Froyla Tzalam at the Belize House in Belmopan on September 17.  The last ambassador from Guatemala was His Excellency Erwin Rudy Archilla Falla had served just over two years.  Interestingly, the new ambassador had taken office some weeks ago, and had been holding meetings with other members of the diplomatic corps.  One of his recent meetings was with the Taiwan Ambassador on September 5.
