A hit and run accident in Belmopan left two men hospitalized. Cayo Correspondent, Fem Cruz has the details.

Fem Cruz, Cayo Correspondent: A hit and run traffic incident at the intersection on Bliss Parade and South Ring Road in Belmopan left 21-year-old Enrique Montejo and 17-year-old Sergio Martinez both of Salvapan Belmopan injured. Love News understands that sometime around 6:15 last night Martinez and Montejo were on a black scooter motorcycle heading towards Shell Gas Station in Belmopan when upon reaching the intersection on South Ring Road a blue in color Ford Ranger that was coming from the same direction suddenly drove onto the Ring Road hitting the motorcycle and then speed off. As a result Enrique Montejo suffered a right broken femur, injuries to his mouth and complained of plain to his head. The driver of the motorcycle Sergio Martinez complained of pain to his entire body. Belmopan police continue to investigate this latest hit and run traffic incident here in Belmopan.
