Notorious Street Figure Ellis Meighan Wanted for Murder, Believed to have Fled to US

Tonight, notorious street figure Ellis Meighan remains a wanted man after he allegedly killed a man and fled to the United States of America. The well-known criminal is the main suspect in the murder of Roy Lee Burgess and the attempted murder of Myia James back in April on the Placencia Road. Meighan was identified by James as the shooter but he fled to the US before local authorities could have caught him. According to Commissioner of Police Chester Williams, Belizean investigators have communicated with their counterparts in the US to have Meighan extradited.

Meighan is the alleged leader of the Ghost Town Crips gang.
