The Commission of Inquiry resumed its duties on Monday after a four-month hiatus. Three commissioners: Senior Counsel Andrew Marshalleck, PSU representative Luis Martinez and Private Sector representative Marcelo Blake. The three commissioners continued to investigate the sale of Government assets between the period October 2019 to November 2020. During Monday’s morning session former UDP Secretary-General, Pearl Stuart and the former Chairman of Biscayne Village, Alpheus Gillett were grilled about vehicles they had bid for. Chairman Marshalleck focused on procedures and from what witnesses explained, Martinez says it was too uniformed.
