One Man’s Trash is Another Man’s Treasure

 Work on the embankment along the Mile 7 stretch on the Philip Goldson Highway is looking to be complete any moment now. This portion of the road underwent extensive repairs after the wall structure was partially washed away into the river last year.  However, there have been reports of construction materials from the worksite being given away to persons residing in the area. Is this another case of conflict of interest? Well, the Minister of Infrastructure Development, Julius Espat was questioned about this, but he set the record straight.
