Orange Walk gangster, Nimrod Catzim/Tillett, remains hospitalized after he shot last month with a high-power rifle in Corozal Town. The 34-year-old was targeted by a lone gunman who emerged from behind a house and opened fire with an AR-15 assault rifle. Catzim/Tillett had just arrived at his girlfriend’s friends when he was hit and is not cooperating with the police. Commissioner of Police Chester Williams explained today that Catzim/Tillett is slowly recovering.
Chester Williams, Commissioner of Police: “His recovery is going well. At this time, we have not been able to speak to him, but from our discussion with the doctors, his prognosis is improving.”
Reporter: Have they been able to identify who the shooter was ?
