Over thirty persons hospitalized after ingesting marijuana sweets

Plastic bags filled with colour candy, gummi bears and sweets; it’s a treat for the sweet tooth, but today, it turned out to be anything but sweet.  Children between the ages of four and twelve at St Luke’s Primary School had to be rushed to the hospital after displaying strange behaviour at school.  Until the forensic reports are completed, investigators are suspecting that the candies were laced with marijuana, and possibly something more.  It is a scary situation that unfolded within minutes at the southside primary school.
