Our news team will be at the airport tomorrow when the first flight arrives. Until then, however, we can tell you that PGIA will only be receiving one flight tomorrow. According to Health Services Director, Dr Marvin Manzanero, seventy-seven passengers will come aboard the American Airlines flight tomorrow.
Dr.Marvin Manzanero, Director of Health Services: “We have been reviewing the numbers I believe it’s seventy seven for tomorrow. As I understand it it’s an American flight that’s coming in it’s coming on smaller planes the American Eagle planes and I believe their capacity is between forty two to seventy seven. The notes we got is that they would be bringing the first four days full flights from Miami. On Friday there’s a United Airlines flight coming in that will be Friday, Saturday and Sunday almost full flights on the three days in fact full flight on the first day and that’s how it will work at least for the first month I believe it’s only United flying Friday to Sunday from Houston and American travelling from Miami from Thursday to Monday. So the Tuesday and Wednesday there doesn’t seem to be any flights at least for the first couple of weeks in October.”
