PM Briceño Attends COCESNA Board Meeting in Spain


Prime Minister John Briceño travelled to Madrid, Spain earlier this week to attend a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Central American Air Navigation Services Corporation, COCESNA. The board convened at the invitation of Indra Sistemas SA, one of the world’s leading suppliers of primary and secondary aeronautical radars and also held discussions with other civil aviation equipment suppliers and consultants working on the integration of aeronautical systems for COCESNA member countries. Board members also visited several plants to observe new aeronautical technology first-hand. Prime Minister Briceño was accompanied by Narda Garcia, Chief Executive Officer in the Office of the Prime Minister, Ministry of Investment and Civil Aviation, both of whom serve on the COCESNA Board on behalf of Belize.
