Police Commissioner Calls for Apology After Opposition Leader’s Criticism

Commissioner of Police has taken offence at what he has termed as disrespectful comments that the leader of the Opposition has levied against the Police Department.  In recent months, Moses Shyne Barrow, has been calling for the resignation of the Police Commissioner, Chester Williams, saying that he has done nothing to curb crime and that he has lost the confidence of the people.  In the process of criticizing the Police Commissioner, he has, by extension criticized the works of the police officers which Williams says is not necessary, and requires an apology from Barrow.
