Over two hundred marijuana plants were destroyed by police yesterday afternoon in the Toledo District. Around eleven o’clock, Police conducted a search at a farm in San Pedro Columbia Village where they discovered the plantation. The trees ranging between seven inches to six feet in height were rooted up and destroyed by fire. Officers also destroyed a thatched shed, which stored processed marijuana. The structure was found about two hundred meters away from the plantation along with a small yellow bucket that contained about five and a half pounds of weed. No one was in the area at the time of the discovery.
