Police Investigate Stabbing Incident in Caye Caulker Village

Police are probing into a stabbing incident that occurred in Caye Caulker Village yesterday.  Love News understands that whilst patrolling on Estrella Street, they encountered 37-year-old, Tito Rosado Junior, bleeding profusely.  A medical examination at the village clinic, showed that Rosado was cut to the left side of the heard and the right arm.  Initial findings in the investigation show that Rosado was walking to the beach when he was accosted by several male persons.  Senior Superintendent, Hilberto Romero, confirmed that a motive is yet to be ascertained, and Police are yet to make an arrest. 

ACP Hilberto Romero, Officer Commanding Eastern Division: “He is now listed in a stable condition at the KHMH. Investigation into this matter continues and we await that he recovers fully so that he can be interviewed. No motive at this time no. No suspect at this time. We are canvassing the area to try to find a witness.”
