One of the persons on the cycle received serious injuries and was rushed to the hospital but on the way to the hospital he died. Mr.Elijio is currently in police custody and I believe that he should be charged by the end of the day today where that accident is concerned.”
Reporter: Reports are that he was intoxicated.
