Police Officer Injured in Road Traffic Incident on George Price Highway

Police officer, Harim Tzib, was injured in a road traffic incident on the George Price Highway earlier today. 49-year-old, Alejandro Esquillano, reported that he was driving a delivery truck in the area of mile 64, near Central Farm when he saw the cop overtaking several vehicles at high speed, subsequently crashing into the back of his truck. Esquillano said he immediately stopped the truck and rendered aid. The officer sustained injuries to the face and complained of back pain. He was later taken for medical treatment.
