A domestic dispute resulted in a police officer being stabbed in Belize City on Friday night. Around 7:20, 48-year-old Jane Wade and her partner 37-year-old Evelyn White were at a home on Central American Boulevard when they began to argue. According to Wade, during the heated dispute, White stabbed her twice to the left side of her ribcage. Wade was then transported to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital for treatment. Police have so far since not indicated if White will be charged
