Darrell Spencer, President, Nurses Association of Belize

Darrel Spencer, President, Nurses Association of Belize: “From the time the nurses, the healthcare workers are still disgruntled it is telling me that what politicians say and what is actually happening in real life are two different things.”

Reporter: So then are you confirmed that in fact there are outstanding payments for certain healthcare workers?

Darrel Spencer, President, Nurses Association of Belize: “I do so confirm that there are still persons being owed over time and are being channeled through little odds and ends as how to collect what is rightfully theirs.”
