The Love Foundation, through funding by the US Embassy, has rolled out a lecture series on Anti-Corruption. We have been following past few training sessions with different organizations, and today, it was the Public Service Union’s (PSU) turn. Over the years, there have been constant allegations of corruption within the public service. According to President Gerald Henry, this training to assist the officers in identifying corruption when they see it happening.
The facilitator of the lecture series, Doctor Louis Zabaneh, gave us a brief look at what the contents of the training will include.
After the training, we spoke to two of the participants who both agreed that the training is necessary and would like to see it occur in the different district branches of the PSU.
According to Henry, there were about 20 participants in today’s training.
