Raffle Launched to help Baby Emiliano

The Lodge at Jaguar Reef in Hopkins is raffling a night’s stay for two to help raise funds for the treatment of six-month-old Emiliano Flores. Baby Emiliano is suffering from a rare disease of the nervous system, Spinal Muscular Atrophy, (SMA).

He is in need of urgent treatment; however, this specialized treatment is not available in Belize and costs over $2 million USD. The raffle is being sold at $5 a chance, with the drawing date set for July 31.
