26-year-old Albert Dennis Robison walked off a charge of possession of a controlled drug. Robinson was arraigned before Magistrate Khadeen Palmer where he pleaded guilty for a single charge of possession of a controlled drug for 11 grams of weed. The weed found in his possession was one gram above the prescribed amount. Magistrate Palmer did not impose any penalty but instead chose to caution him and dismissed the charge. On Monday, September 2, 2019, police officers were conducting patrol, spotted Robinson and searched him. The search resulted in the discovery of a transparent plastic bag containing three other transparent plastic bags with suspected green leafy substances resembling marijuana.
