Twenty-six-year-old Jenny Robles, a Honduran national, the co-owner of Creative Marketing, was charged with negligent grievous harm when she appeared yesterday before Senior Magistrate Aretha Ford. She pled not guilty to the charge and was released on a bail of two thousand dollars and a surety of the same amount. Her case was adjourned until January 2. The incident occurred on October 17 on Albert Hoy Street. According to reports, the complainant, Alva Moody, was riding her bicycle on Albert Hoy Street when Robles opened the door of her white club wagon and she slammed into the door and received injuries that were classified as grievous. Robles was represented in court by attorney Estevan Perrera.
