Rotary Club of Belize Sends 4,000th Child for Cardiac Surgery in the US

The first time that the Rotary Club of Belize facilitated a child to travel to the United States for cardiac surgery was in 1977.  That was 46 years ago.  Fast forward today, and the Rotary Club has sent an estimated four thousand children as part of its Gift of Life initiative.  Currently, the club is seeing a new round of pediatric cardiac patients seeking help from US Specialists who are holding clinics.  Reporter Benjamin Flowers visited the clinic and filed this report.
