A San Pedro Town resident has been arrested for drug trafficking and firearms-related offenses. On Saturday, police searched the home of forty-two-year-old Kaedell Middleton and discovered a white brick, suspected to be cocaine, amounting to 324 grams. Police also found a plastic bag containing three pieces of suspected crack cocaine in a pipe, amounting to 18 grams, along with nineteen live rounds of .380 ammunition. Middleton was then arrested and charged with one count of kept ammunition without a gun license and two counts of possession of controlled drugs with intent to supply another. The search was part of a joint operation between the Gang Intelligence, Investigation, and Interdiction Unit (GI3), the Anti-Narcotics Unit (ANU), and the K9 Unit, held throughout San Pedro Town.
