In a follow-up to Disney’s The Honorable Shyne, Sean “Diddy” Combs has reportedly issued a cease-and-desist letter to former Bad Boy Records rapper Moses “Shyne” Barrow. The letter is reportedly in response to allegations made in the bio-documentary. We did reach out to Barrow on this issue who confirmed that he has received no such letter as is being reported on American media. The documentary revisits the infamous 1999 nightclub shooting in New York City, which led to Shyne serving a 10-year prison sentence while Diddy was acquitted. Diddy, a long-time music mogul has expressed disappointment over Shyne revisiting what he describes as a “long-settled matter.” His representatives told the Page Six online blog that, Combs is categorically denying Barrow’s allegations, including any suggestion that he orchestrated Barrow to ‘take the fall’ or ‘sacrificed’ him by directing witnesses to testify against him.///////
