Senate VP Collet Montejo Attends Parliamentary Dialogue Forum in Morocco

The Vice President of the Senate Collet Montejo recently travelled to Morocco to attend the Parliamentary Dialogue Forum. The role of national parliaments and African, Arab, and Latin American inter-parliamentary unions in strengthening strategic partnerships, integration, and co-development. The two-day event was held at the Headquarters of the House of Councilors in Rabat, Morocco, on the 15th and 16th of February 2024. The parliamentary conference focused on the exchange of expertise and experience, as well as the exploration of innovative ideas for promoting common development. Participants were able to discuss, present, and identify the opportunities for South-South cooperation to realize broader integration, advance priority sectors, achieve solid economic cooperation, expand trade, and exchange, and enhance strategic partnerships. Montejo returns on Sunday.
