UDP Party Leader, Moses Shyne Barrow, is back in Belize and is seemingly on a mission to restore and unite. One of the pressing issue for him is the operations of the UDP organs, namely, Wave Radio and The Guardian Newspaper. According to Barrow, he will be inviting Joe Bradley and Alfonso Noble to the negotiating table to provide continuity on the political radio as well as the newspaper.

Moses “Shyne” Barrow, Leader of the Opposition: “So we’re looking at how we a work with Joe and Fonso. So you hear that here first. So there hasn’t been a termination letter sent, it was definitely something that was contemplated based on the outburst that Fonso had and different things that they did but we’re looking to see who we can incorporate them into the new structures of the Guardian and Wave.’
Reporter: What about the other personnel who used to be around here like Yellowman ?
Moses “Shyne” Barrow, Leader of the Opposition: “We haven’t looked at that. Remember that happened before, it happened a while back so we haven’t looked at that but as far as the Guardian and Wave we’re looking at how we can reintegrate Joes and Fonso but still keep the same diverse line up.I think it has gotten a positive reception having the party chairman, the deputy party chairman, Delroy, different people coming on different days so we plan to continue that and Delroy has done a very enhanced upgrade of the Guardian and so we want to continue that as well.”
Another matter that the UDP Leader is looking to address is the unauthorized usage of the UDP letterhead by the Alliance for Democracy. The opposition leader hosted a press conference this morning at the UDP headquarters which we will delve further into in tomorrow’s newscast.
