Snapper and Tilapia Aquaculture Manuals Distributed to Small and Medium Scale Farmers

The Ministry of Agriculture through the Value-Chain Integration in Fisheries and Aquaculture is hosting a workshop on tilapia and snapper farming.  A presentation is being held at the University of Belize at the Central Farm Campus in Cayo District. The Aqua-Culture Supervisor of the Central Farm, Miguel Sosa, explains that Tilapia and Pacific ‘Silk’ Snapper Aquaculture Manuals were provided to assist farmers with expanding their knowledge of how to care for these animals.
