There were two persons reported missing over the weekend. However, only one of them has been recovered safe and sound. A fourteen-year-old minor was reported missing from November 23rd. His father, a resident of Yo Creek Village was very concerned but the youth has returned home safely. That same day another missing report was made, also from the Orange Walk District. 68-year-old Marta Gonzalez, was reported missing by her son 37-year-old Romario Ixpec of San Felipe Village.  Ixpec told police that the last time he saw his mother was on November 23rd, when she left home to sell cheese in Dangriga.  It’s been four days since family members have heard from Marta Gonzalez. At today’s press briefing, the police indicated that anyone with information regarding Gonzalez should contact the nearest police station.
