Special Olympics Belize Hosts Family Health Forum

The Special Olympics Belize Family Health Forum was held today in Belize City. The forum aims to raise awareness of the different needs of persons with diverse abilities. Chair of Special Olympics Belize, Dr. Maxine Mckay,  spoke to reporters, underscoring the importance of the forum.

At the event was Minister of Health and Wellness, Kevin Bernard. Bernard says that it is important for his ministry to ensure that persons with diverse abilities have access to quality healthcare.
