SSB Announces Launch of Online Self-Service Portal for Contributors

And the SSB is going digital. The board has announced that in less than two weeks, contributors will be able to access several of SSB’s services through its online self-service portal. The portal is expected to reduce long lines at branch offices, decrease wait time for benefit claims, and improve overall services. CEO Ruiz says that both employers and employees will be able to access contributions records among other information.
