Stevedores at Odds with the PBL Once Again

Stevedores are up in arms over monies they say the Port of Belize Limited (PBL) owes them. More than one hundred stevedores say PBL owes them millions of dollars as part of a separation package agreed to in March 2020. The stevedores say they’ve had it and want their money now. Today, work was stalled as stevedores gathered in front of PBL in Belize City. Senior Reporter Hipolito Novelo reports.
