A student was robbed this morning on Waight Street in Belize City. Love News has learned that 18-year-old Lashawnna Hemsley was on the street just after 8 o’clock this morning when the assailant approached her. We are told that the robber was donning a gray hoodie and had placed the hood on his head to purposefully conceal his identity. The thief slapped the young woman across the cheek and took her bag, which contained several pieces of jewelry, her vape and the corresponding cartridges, her laptop, her IDs, her bank card and forty dollars cash. The assailant dashed off toward a waiting red car and that vehicle sped off near Lizarraga Avenue.
