Teenager Dies in Road Traffic Incident on George Price Highway

A teenager died yesterday afternoon as a result of a road traffic incident. Around 3 o’clock, 18-year-old Amir Williams was riding a motorcycle on the George Price Highway when he rear-ended a jeep, driven by 45-year-old, Jerrymane Andrews. Williams was flung to the pavement and sustained severe head and body injuries. The resident of Camalote Village was taken to the Western Regional Hospital by a police mobile, but he died during treatment. Cayo Correspondent, Fem Cruz spoke to a resident of the area who witnessed the mishap.
