The LOO says GOB’s multi-sectoral approach to crime is failing

One person criticising Cabinet’s retreat is UDP Leader, Moses Barrow. He says that it’s time for the government to stop talking and start acting.

Moses “Shyne” Barrow, Leader of the Opposition: “Well we’ve been hearing about the multisectoral plan for two  years now and it just keeps getting worse and the truth keeps unraveling but there is no determination, there is no drive, there is no intensity to attack these matters. You cannot stop criminals when law enforcement are themselves criminals and that is a crisis, that is a state of emergency and we’re not hearing about that. Ignoring it, dismissing it, blaming it on the UDP is not the answer.”
