The Love Foundation has been commended and recognized by the United Nations. The UN has an online platform where it recognizes NGOs, academic institutions, and private-sector organizations dedicated to combating organized crime and corruption worldwide. For this year, the UN is featuring efforts aimed at tackling Transnational Organized Crime. Those entities recognized are those that are working on raising awareness, promoting collaboration, and empowering communities to foster sustainable solutions. The Love Foundation made the UN List, and is among 23 impact stories featured. In its feature, it was noted that the Love Foundation is addressing transnational organized crime through initiatives like the Better Brothers Initiative Program, which tackles gender-based violence and empowers men and boys as advocates for positive change. The entire publication can be viewed on the UN’s WhatsOn platform on the United Nations’ website.
