Belize and Mexico are currently co-hosting Exercise Tradewinds 2022. The event is sponsored by the US Southern Command (US South COM) and is primarily focused on having military forces sharpen their response skills on land, sea, and air. Today, our newsroom joined the Belize Defense Force (BDF) on one of the many tactical training exercises to get a first-hand look.
