Three Men Charged with Murder in Carmelita Village Shooting Incident

Police have arrested and charged three men for the Sunday night murder of Hugo Anibal Rodriguez. Today, 19-year-old Osmar Chiac, 21-year-old Twyford Smith Jr, and 24-year-old Austin Conorquie were jointly charged with murder. On Sunday night, Rodriguez, a father of three, was gunned down in Carmelita Village. Police say Rodriguez got into an altercation with the suspects at a store in the village and walked away. However, he was allegedly followed by the men and shot in the presence of the common-law wife.
