Toledo Police Boost Christmas Safety Measures Amid Public Concerns

Police in the Toledo District are conducting special Christmas operations to ensure public safety as Christmas approaches. Officer Commanding the Toledo Police Formation Superintendent Brent Hamilton, said that operations are being conducted in areas that have been identified as safety risks for the public. Hamilton called on district residents to take extra care securing their homes and themselves when out conducting business.

Hamilton also called upon businesses with liquor licenses to adhere to the requirements of their licenses this Christmas and also reminded that public drinking is an offence.
