Tragedy Strikes: Missing Orange Walk Man Found Dead in Belize New River

This morning the search for the missing Orange Walk man, Oswaldo Vaquez Jr, ended in tragedy. The 31-year-old’s body was found floating in the Belize New River in the Orange Walk District. On Saturday night, Vasquez, his wife, and brother-in-law stopped at a gas station on the Phillip Goldson Highway, where he jumped out of his in-law’s truck. The Marketing Officer was heavily intoxicated and vanished after a series of events on the Orange Walk bypass road. Reporter Vejea Alvarez tells us more.
