Tubal Trade and Vocational Institute Graduates Students from Youth Journey to Freedom Program

Today, over forty students from Tubal Trade and Vocational Institute in Ladyville graduated from a personal development program called the Youth Journey to Freedom. The program aims to arm at-risk youths with the necessary life skills to help them become productive citizens. Reporter Benjamin Flowers was there and brings you the following report.
