Fem Cruz, Cayo Correspondent: The Baptist School of Adults Continuing Education proudly presents the 22 Harvest of Honors for the first semester of this year 2020-2021. Principal Jerry Roberts spoke about the effort put in place to make this happen.
Jerry Roberts, Principal, Baptist School of Adults Continuing Education: “It was a time to recognize second chances. Many of these adults dropped out along the way and they were given a second chance to continue their education and this has been very unusual times, this has been a struggle for everyone, all Belizeans throughout the length and breath of this country but yet they persevered, they worked hard and hard work does pay off and this was a time that we honored them. We are extremely proud of them and we want to motivate them to continue the hard work. The journey continues, the struggle continues but there is hope and these students represent and present to us tremendous hope even in the midst of this pandemic and so we thank God for the great accomplishments and we want to herald it in the days to come.”

Elida Pineda: “ I had the privilege and honor to propose the Vote of Thanks on this memorable occasion. I’m really grateful for this moment and because this really encourages me to continue putting in all my effort to achieve my goals.”
