Veteran public servant Sharon Sanchez-Anderson retired today from the Ministries of Health and Public Services. she completes three decades in the public services with the majority of her contributions to the health sector, particularly in pharmacy. She served as Chief Pharmacist and is credited for having improved the overall pharmacy services in the country. It was during her tenure as Chief Pharmacist that Sanchez-Anderson ruffled some feathers. She successfully sued the then Chief Executive Officer of the Ministry of Health, Dr. Peter Allen for defamation.
