Welcome Resource Center Seeks Funds for Homeless Services Through Barbecue Sale

The Welcome Resource Center in Belize City is raising funds to be able to offer services to the homeless and those suffering from the effects of substance abuse. The center is holding a barbecue sale on June 28 at its compound at the corner of Tibruce & Vernon Streets. Administrator of the center, Tina Gill explained that the center offers vital services to very vulnerable populations and needs all the help they can get.

The barbecue is twelve dollars each with dessert.  The center is offering delivery on offers of five plates or more.
